How To Fix It – 5 Exercises To Increase Foot Size
1. Knee Chest Stretch
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent. Reach back and touch the wall behind you with one hand. With your other hand, reach up and grasp the top of your head, fingers interlaced behind your ears.
2. Wall Squat
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointing forward. Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the floor. Keep the torso upright and head up. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointing forward. Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the floor (a). Keeping your back straight, bend at hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor (b). Slowly straighten up, keeping your back straight and shoulders over elbows at all times (c). Repeat as necessary.
