If it seems like your paycheck just doesn’t stretch as far as it needs to go, then consider one of the many ways to make extra income. Whether you like working with animals or you enjoy being online, there is something out there for everyone.

Online Adventures
In a world where many people stay online more than they do anything else, it only makes sense that there are websites where you can earn a little extra money. Swagbucks is one of the easiest sites that you will find when it comes to completing tasks, playing games and watching videos so that you can make extra money. It doesn’t result in a lot of income, but if you pair it with other sites, then you will find that it adds up to an amount that you can use to get gas for the car or to help with some of the smaller things you have to pay. Bing Rewards is another option for those who like to complete surveys. Each survey nets you a certain amount of money. CashCrate and Opinion Outpost are similar survey sites. “Combine all of these together, spending a short amount of time on each, so that you have a little more cash in the bank,” according to InstaLoan.

Pet Sitting
If you enjoy animals, then consider watching pets while people are at work or on vacation. Pet owners usually look for someone who can watch their pets while they are out of town so that they won’t have to stay in a kennel or at home alone. You could watch pets for owners who want their furry friends to have a companion while they are at work during the day as well. You would need to decide whether you would provide the food for the animals or if the owner would bring all of the supplies as this would cut into some of what you make if you have to buy food and toys. It’s best if you have a fenced area for the pets to play in so that they can get exercise during the day, and make sure they have plenty of room inside of the pets are accustomed to staying indoors.

Web Logos
Use your creative mind to design logos for businesses. There are several business owners who just don’t have the time to advertise online. They might need help coming up with an idea, or they might need someone who can market the brand to the online world. This is an idea if you like working with Photoshop or if you like coming up with pictures that relate to a company’s image. You will have to do a little research to make sure the design isn’t being used by another company before it’s developed and displayed online.

Babysitting
Similar to pet sitting, this is would be an idea if you want to have a little noise in the home. Find out how many children you can keep in the home without being certified as there are restrictions in some states. Create a space where the children can play, take a nap and eat meals and snacks. You should also think about the age of the child you want to babysit. Infants and babies will require a lot of attention during the day, and if you are watching older children, then you might not have the time to devote to the needs of the baby. Think about whether you want the parents to supply snacks and essentials for the children, such as a change of clothing. If you are only watching one or two children at a time, then you can often find toys and extra clothes at yard sales without spending a lot of money.

Clean Houses or Businesses
This is a job that can take a few hours to complete each day. If you’re good at what you do, then you can turn it into a profitable business as your customers will likely refer you to other homeowners and offices. Keep all of the supplies that you need in your vehicle so that they are ready to use. Some of the large pieces of equipment would include a mop, broom and vacuum. Consider keeping a supply of hypoallergenic items for customers who need a sterile environment instead of one that has fragrances from other cleaning products that you might purchase, such as furniture polish or carpet cleaners.
